Invoice management system
I created this Invoice management system which features:
- The layout is mobile-friedly so users could work with the software and create invoices through their mobile devices.
- The menu is narrow and located to both left and right sides of the screen and takes minimum space of the screen.
- Users create templates and edit them mutiple times, adding new services and products for example. Finally they can create invoices or proforma-invoices out of the templates. The templates can be printed or copied.
- The software creates invoices as PDF files in Bulgarian and English. The amount of money for the English version of the invoices is automatically calculated in euros at the exchange rate of 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN which rate is editable.
Accounting Tables (AT)
While I worked for a German manufacturing company, I created this system with the purpose to describe additional, not included into the contract, expenses added to the invoices.
