Customer relationship management (CRM) is an approach to managing a company interaction with current and potential customers. It uses data analysis about customers history with a company and to improve business relationships with customers, specifically focusing on customer retention and ultimately driving sales growth.
I created this CRM System for a client of mine, Galactica Service - Service for black and white equipment. They use it to store upcoming orders in a database, with clients information and full information about the products to repair.
At the reception page the system allows searching the database by serial number, client name and number. Depending on the search result it saves the new order as assigned to an existing client or to a new client. The new orders are saved with a wide range of customized information.
The order page displays the archive with orders. To be easier to find an order they can be filtered by different properties.
The system sends automatic emails to the clients once their product has been repaired. Different kind of documents can be printed.
The columns of the main table are dynamic to serve different purposes, they could be hidden or visible easily by clicking corresponding buttons.
The saved orders can be edited and all in one place the clients information and products data can be edited as well. The system keeps track of the clients history. It is possible to upload images of the repiar process.
The statistics page counts how many orders the database has depending on the status of the orders.
The system is open to add new properties - status, producers etc.
